Durability

Very Good – 8/10

The Babyhome Emotion Stroller is extremely durable. Despite it’s petite frame and size relative to other standard strollers, it has a 55 pounds weight limit. It’s seat fabric is also washable – that’ll ensure a longer lifespan of the stroller.

Babyhome Emotion Standard Stroller

Weight

Excellent – 9/10

At 13 pounds, this stroller is extremely lightweight and one of the lightest in the standard stroller category. Because it is lightweight, the Babyhome Emotion Stroller is travel friendly, great on public transport, and perfect for moving moms and the city life.

Brakes

Very Good – 7/10

The Babyhome Emotion Stroller is equipped with an easy-to-use foot brake. a slight step onto the pedal activates the brakes on the rear wheels. The foot brakes are also sandal-friendly and easily accessible.

Compact

Excellent – 9/10

In its actionable size, the Babyhome Emotion stroller starts off at an amazingly narrow frame. The stroller is compact enough to roll through turnstile with ease, and neither does its small frame compromise on comfort. This stroller folds along its width, compacting to a wide yet flat size when compared to umbrella strollers that fold length-wise that fits a “golf” bag. It’s amazing compactness fits into trunks of the smallest cars.

“Nearly perfect as a stroller for your car, or for travel. Better over-all than any mid-sized umbrella or other lightweight stroller I could find, unless you need all-terrain function. This is an urban stroller extraordinaire. “

Ease of Use

Good – 6/10

This stroller is easy to push and steer around due to it’s wheels designed like those of skateboards. However, the Homebaby Emotion stroller loses out on its usage when folded. Firstly it requires two hands to pull the trigger on either side of the stroller to fold. Secondly, carrying it while compacted is difficult because there is no built-in handle in it’s folded state, and you would most likely end up holding it by the frames on the side – which is not the most ideal way to carry the stroller

Folding

Very Good – 7/10

Many parents felt that the Homebaby Emotion stroller is easy to close – only with two hands that is. Another point to note is that the seat folds outwards, which may be a pet peeve for parents who are particular in keeping the stroller clean.

Grip

Very Good – 8/10

While the handlebar is not adjustable, parent have noted that the Babyhome Emotion Stroller is decent and easy to use. Although it is not advisable for use for those taller than six feet. That being said, the lightness & easy steering of the stroller overcomes the challenges of a non-adjustable handlebar.

Maneuverability

Very Good – 8/10

The Babyhome Emotion Stroller is in fact amazingly steerable and easy to maneuver thanks to its lightness and wheels designed like those of skateboards. However, the stroller falls short when it comes to rought terrains. The wheels are perfect for smooth, concrete surfaces but not as great for bumpy roads.

“What a great choice that was! The stroller is very maneuverable (something I really missed with my Britax travel system), light and easy to transport, great looking! I enjoy every time my family goes out and uses that stroller.”

Rough Terrain

Fair – 4/10

All four wheels of the Babyhome Emotion Stroller have suspension and ball bearing mounts to absorb shock and give you a smooth ride. However, the suspensions are not sufficient for the stroller to navigate through rough terrains.

Accessories

Good – 6/10

There is only a cup holder and infant car seat adaptors as extra accessories for the Babyhome Emotion Stroller (both sold separately). These accessories are often mentioned by reviewers hopeful for these to be included in the stroller set. On the other hand, the stroller includes a canopy extender, and a rain cover, which are extremely useful.

Easy to Assemble

Very Good – 7/10

Assembling the Babyhome Emotion Stroller is very easy. It’s assembly manual is very easy to follow, and it only takes a short amount of time to put together this stroller. You’re ready to roll in a matter of a few minutes!

Easy to Clean

Excellent – 9/10

The Babyhome Emotion Stroller scores a good 9/10 as it is very easy to clean. The entire fabric on the stroller is removeable and washable. Many have noted that wiping clean the stroller is just as easy and effective.

“We’re really with this stroller. We’ve been using it all over the place, including with air travel, and it’s very lightweight but strong and durable, easy to fold and unfold, and the baby seems comfortable and happy in it. Great all around.”

Storage

Very Good – 7/10

There is adequate amount of storage in the Babyhome Emotion Stroller. Storage space is huge compared to an umbrella stroller, but a medium when compared to a standard stroller. It is however, still capable of fitting a tightly-packed diaper bag and it is very accessible from the back.

Child Comfort

Very Good – 8/10

The Babyhome Emotion Stroller comes with an adjustable footrest and multiple recline positions. The footrest & backrest can be adjusted for smaller babies or to mimic a flat bed for your child to rest. The harness straps of the stroller is also padded, providing the best comfort for your child. On levelled surfaces, the fully suspended wheels on the Babyhome Emotion Stroller will also give your child an extremely smooth ride.

Sun Canopy

Very Good – 7/10

The stroller’s original sun canopy is of a decent size. The included canopy extender provides more coverage and protection from the sun rays. The Babyhome Emotion stroller’s canopy features a magnetic peek-a-boo window that you can check on your child with little to no noise made

Suspension

Very Good – 7/10

The Babyhome Emotion stroller boasts a 4-wheel suspension with ball bearing mounts to improve the suspension of the stroller. The suspension works perfectly on smooth surfaces but less well on rougher terrains.
