Durability

Very Good – 7/10

The Inglesina Net stroller is pretty durable for an umbrella stroller. It can handle most wear and tear from travel. The material and fabric on this stroller are not the highest of quality, but work well enough that parents don’t take issue with it.

Inglesina Net Stroller

Weight

Excellent – 9/10

This stroller light! It’s only 11.2 pounds so taking it around with you is no hassle. You can easily bring it with you on vacation, or throw it in your car’s trunk. If you take public transportation frequently, carrying the Net onto the train is a breeze. Even Grandma can push this stroller around without hurting her back.

Brakes

Very Good – 8/10

The braking system on this stroller is simple to use. There are two brake levers on the rear wheels. Push the lever forward to engage the brake, and push it back to disengage. It’s easy to lock the the stroller even when wearing flip flops. Some parents have commented that the levers feel a bit flimsy.

Compact

Very Good – 8/10

This umbrella stroller is extremely compact. It has a traditional umbrella fold, so it does not take up much space. The Net is compact when open as well. It can move through crowded areas with ease. This is a great stroller to bring to the city with you.

“Over all, it’s light, sturdy, easy to push (maybe hard to push one hand if a child is on), rolls great, easy to open and close, and stands on its own. It doesn’t reclines more than 3 inch back. Middle range price. As long as your child can sleep without being flat flat, I think this is the best lightweight stroller you can find. I looked so much reviews and features on every comparable strollers. I highly recommend this stroller..”

Ease of Use

Excellent – 9/10

Using this stroller is easy and straightforward. There are no hidden tricks or magic levers to get this thing to move. This stroller has a small storage basket, removable cup holder, medium sized sun canopy, and easy-to-wash seats.

Folding

Very Good – 8/10

Folding this stroller is easy and only requires one hand. This is great if you are holding your child, or luggage, and can’t get the other free. Once folded, it takes up very little space. Although advertised as having a standing fold, the Inglesina Net fails to deliver. Most parents just prop it up, or lay the stroller on the ground. Parents also complain that when the stroller folds, the wheels hit the canopy and get it dirty. Since the canopy is removable and washable, it’s not the greatest concern.

Grip

Very Good – 8/10

The handlebars on this stroller are j-shaped, which is typical for an umbrella stroller. You can still maneuver the stroller with one hand. The handlebar height is rather high and suits taller parents.

Maneuverability

Very Good – 8/10

Maneuvering the Inglesina Net is average. The wheels are small and made of plastic, so they fare best on smooth surfaces and sidewalks. The front wheels have swivel lock, which helps the stroller navigate more uneven surfaces. The wheels aren’t the most fluid, but they get the job done.

“We bought this stroller for travel, and love that it’s light-weight and pretty compact. We’re also looking forward to using it with just the netting seat in warmer weather, since strollers can get so warm. Overall, we like it. It drives nicely and seems pretty comfortable for our son. It doesn’t recline very far, so it’s not good for napping on the go”

Rough Terrain

Good – 6/10

This stroller is not built to handle rough terrain. The 5.5 inch wheels won’t roll too well on intense surfaces. But for sidewalks, and other paved ground, it’ll work great.

Accessories

Very Good – 7/10

The stroller comes with a removable cup holder, which is useful when you are on the go. You can purchase a rainover and a parasol for additional convenience.

Easy to Assemble

Very Good – 7/10

Putting together the Net is easy and only takes a few minutes. The process does not require any tools. Soon after your stroller arrives, you’ll be ready to take it out for a spin.

Easy to Clean

Excellent – 10/10

Cleaning the stroller is as easy as it can get. The sun canopy and the seat cushion are completely removable. The material is extremely easy to clean. Washing the dirt off this stroller is a piece of cake!

“I bought this stroller for my 1.5 year old because I just had surgery and am not allowed to lift heavy things for a couple of months. Overall I’ve been really happy with the product with the exception that my feet kick the wheels when I walk. This was SUPER annoying for the first couple of days but now it doesn’t bother me much..”

Storage

Good – 6/10

Storage on this stroller is good for an umbrella stroller. The storage basket is big enough to handle a small diaper bag, but not much more. You can access the basket from the rear of the stroller.

Child Comfort

Very Good – 7/10

The Inglesina Net stroller is adequately comfortable for days out. The seat is made of mesh, so if it is hot out, your baby will stay cool. The sun canopy isn’t very large, so you may want to bring a blanket to protect your child from the sun. There is also little recline. The back of the stroller has two zippers, and unzipping them will recline the stroller a few inches. It’s not sufficient recline for a nap.

Sun Canopy

Good – 6/10

The sun canopy is not very big. It does have SPF 50, but it won’t provide too much sun protection. You can buy a parasol attachment to help provide additional shade.

Suspension

Good – 6/10

There is front wheel suspension on this stroller. It helps make the ride a little smoother, but it is not fantastic. If you roll over a bumpy surface, you’ll feel the vibration.
