Durability

Very Good – 7/10

The Britax B-Agile Double Stroller has a sturdy frame that will  last for a long time. The fabric on both the seats and the footrest is durable and able to take a beating from stains, rubbing, scratching, and general wear and tear.

Weight

Excellent – 9/10

This stroller receives a high score of 9 our of 10 for its incredible lightweight frame especially when compared to other double strollers. This stroller only weights 26 pounds while many other strollers come in at around 34.

Brakes

Very Good – 8/10

The brakes on the B-Agile Stroller are unique one. There is one foot brake located on one of its wheels and you can lock both rear wheels just by stepping on it. You will not need to worry about the hassle of pressing two separate brakes on each rear wheels and the brake is sandal friendly as well.

Compact

Excellent – 9/10

The Britax B-Agile Stroller is very compact for a double stroller. This is especially true when compared to many tandem double strollers. Compactness was one of the most popular qualities that users rave about.

“It fits my 2 month old and 2 year old. I like the peek screen at the top and like that the back of the seat has a screen to allow airflow when the seat is reclined. It is so easy to push and turn (actually easier than my single jogger). It is very light weight and easy to fold and unfold. The only things I did not like was that there are no cup holders for kids or adults.”

Ease of Use

Very Good – 8/10

This stroller is a prime example for a stroller that is extremely easy to use. The Britax B-Agile Stroller can be easily folded with one hand, features a large storage basket and a large canopy with convenient pockets to put small items such as wallets and snacks.

Folding

Excellent – 9/10

Parents have been very happy with how easy it is to fold this stroller. The folding mechanism of the Britax B-Agile Stroller is one-hand operated by pulling on a pull loop on the child seat. While unfolding is also simple, it requires two hands to execute. Additionally, the stroller is able to stand when folded which is a nice added bonus.

Grip

Good – 6/10

The Britax B-Agile Stroller has a decent grip. This can be attributed from the foam covered handlebar. The handlebar is not adjustable but sits at a medium-level height, suitable for almost any parent. It is located 42 inches from the ground. Some users report that the handlebar is not ergonomic and that it is a little wide.

Maneuverability

Good – 6/10

This stroller has a 4 wheel design with the 2 front portions being double wheels. While the 4 wheel design does give extra stability to your stroller especially when making sharp turns, it can also feel clunky when making more complex maneuvers and going backwards.

“The fold is super easy to use. The only thing I might change is to add some sort of straps for carrying the stroller while folder. I haven’t figured out a very graceful way to carry the stroller while folded.”

Rough Terrain

Very Good – 8/10

The Britax B-Agile Stroller performs decently on rough terrains. Not only are its fully suspended wheels able to absorb shock from uneven terrain, its wheels are wider than normal which mean a smoother ride for both the child and you.

Accessories

Good – 6/10

This stroller is more of a budget option which means it does not come with some of the accessories that you would expect on higher end strollers. There are accessories that can be bough separately however. These include a parent console organizer that features 2 cup holders and a storage compartment, a rain cover that keeps your child dry and cozy without blocking their vision, a sun and bug cover that offers full protection from the elements, and a child tray that has a snack section and a cup holder.

Easy to Assemble

Excellent – 9/10

The stroller is very easy to put together – it takes only 6 minutes from unpacking to fully assembled to ready to roll. Assembling the Britax B-Agile Stroller does not require any tools, and the instruction manual is easy to follow.

We love it and can’t say enough about it.
It fits through all doors that we’ve tried, it has survived a trip to Disney, and we are taking it to Europe this summer.

There are 2 convenient pockets on the back of the canopy, but it is worth noting that they do not close completely and larger items could fall out.

Excellent – 9/10

With a spacious and an adjustable recline, the Britax B-Agile Stroller is incredibly comfortable for your little one. The stroller has a soft padded seat, and the 5 point harness has shoulder straps that are padded as well. The suspended and wide wheels offer a smooth ride for your child. What do experts say?

“The B-Agile performed well in this review, but the competition was stiff, and this meant it missed the mark for winning awards. While it is one of the lightest and smallest folded options in the group, it was harder to maneuver than much of the competition, and this left it lacking.”- Baby Gear Lab

“The City Mini and B-Agile doubles are some of the best side-by-side strollers for the money. No, they aren’t all-terrain strollers, but they’re better than your typical side-by-side stroller. In fact, you’ll be able to roll over grass and bumps MUCH more easily with these than you would with an umbrella stroller or a basic side-by-side.- Lucie’s List
